Lifespace Communities in Dallas, TX, seeks a Director, Regional Independent Living Sales to lead multi-site strategy and teams. You will coach Community Sales Directors, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and shape pricing and sales processes across communities.

With 10+ years in CCRC/Life Plan leadership, you will build a strong leadership pipeline, partner with Marketing and Operations, and deliver measurable results through data-driven coaching and CRM analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive sales leadership in CCRC/Life Plan Communities.
• Proven regional or multi-site leadership experience driving occupancy.
• Experience coaching Community Sales Directors and high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCRC/Life Plan contracts Type A/B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional and community strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Coach and develop Community Sales Directors and sales teams.
• Strengthen sales fundamentals including speed-to-lead and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Marketing on pricing and lead generation.
• Lead regular business reviews using CRM analytics and performance dashboards.
• Build leadership pipeline by identifying and retaining top sales talent.
