Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Director, Regional Independent Living Sales to lead a portfolio of communities and drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will coach Community Sales Directors and sales teams, align with Operations, Marketing and Finance, and shape regional strategies that deliver results.

The role requires extensive CCRC/Life Plan sales leadership, strong coaching skills, and a track record of improving performance across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership within CCRC/Life Plan Communities.
• Proven regional or multi-site sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success driving occupancy and revenue growth across multiple communities.
• Experience coaching Community Sales Directors and high-performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCRC/Life Plan sales, Type A and Type B contracts preferred.
• Expertise in consultative and prospect-centered selling, pipeline management and closing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional and community-specific strategies to drive occupancy, revenue and waitlist growth.
• Coach and develop Community Sales Directors and sales teams to meet performance goals.
• Strengthen sales fundamentals: speed-to-lead, pipeline/inquiry management, tour quality, follow-up and closing.
• Lead regular business reviews using CRM analytics, forecasting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Marketing to optimize pricing, inventory and lead generation.
