Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a seasoned Director, Regional Independent Living Sales to lead a portfolio of Lifespace communities. You will coach Community Sales Directors, drive occupancy, revenue growth, and partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to implement regional strategies and price/forecast plans.

You will build teams, leverage CRM analytics, and champion patient, relationship-based selling throughout the decision journey, with strong emphasis on performance and leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership within CCRC/Life Plan Communities.
• Experience coaching Community Sales Directors and multi-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCRC/Life Plan sales with Type A and Type B contracts preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy across a portfolio of Lifespace communities and partner with executives, operations, marketing and finance.
• Coach and develop Community Sales Directors and sales teams to hit performance goals.
• Strengthen sales fundamentals: speed-to-lead, pipeline management, inquiry handling, tours, follow-up and closing.
• Use CRM analytics for regular business reviews, forecasting and dashboards.
