The role focuses on building strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and aligning with payer considerations to optimize access and growth, with substantial travel (up to 50%). Remote work is supported in this position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 10+ years in sales, marketing, or managed care in pharma.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years building and managing customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight trips.
• Experience developing regional strategic business plans and omnichannel strategies.
• Knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics, provider organizations, IDNs, and access/reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure trusted communications across touchpoints.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and thought leaders to support engagement.
• Align account plans with payer considerations to optimize access and reimbursement.
• Deliver regional results and meet defined P&L targets.
• Embed a customer-centric vision across large teams and align with shared goals.
• Contribute to national strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business.
• Leverage payer, patient, and HCP interactions to maximize potential.
• Provide input to set annual financial goals for the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with policies, business practices, and regulatory requirements.
