Job summary

Main Line Health seeks a Manager of Regional Imaging Services to lead diagnostic imaging across regional hospital and ambulatory sites. You will plan resources, oversee payroll, and ensure safe operation and regulatory compliance, driving quality and efficiency in imaging services.

This role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience (5+ preferred) and ARRT/Nuclear Medicine/Sonography certification on hire, with a focus on radiation safety and continuous survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent supervisory experience required (5+ years preferred).
• Supervisory experience in an outpatient facility preferred.
• Certification by the ARRT (R), Nuclear Medicine, or Sonography required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of diagnostic imaging services across regional hospital and ambulatory sites.
• Plan and allocate resources for fiscal, physical, and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DOH, ACR and other regulatory agencies.
• Oversee hiring, orientation and evaluation of staff; manage payroll and capital equipment requests.
