Job summary

The HealthCare Initiative is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead imaging services across multiple locations. This working manager role will oversee a team of about 30 professionals and balance department leadership with clinical involvement to support exceptional patient care.

Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor's in Radiologic Sciences, ARRT certification with CT registration, BMI/CT licensure, and current BLS, plus 6+ years in imaging and 4+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences required.
• ARRT certification and CT registration required.
• BMI licensure and CT licensure required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 6+ years of imaging experience with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging services across multiple locations.
• Oversee a team of approximately 30 imaging professionals.
• Balance department leadership with clinical involvement.
• Develop teams and improve imaging operations.
• Support excellent patient care and service quality.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize PACS and imaging workflows.
