Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Manager at Riddle Hospital to lead diagnostic imaging operations. You will develop policies, manage staffing, and oversee equipment and budgetary planning to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role requires supervisory experience in radiology settings, ARRT certification upon hire, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent supervisory experience required (5+ years preferred).
• Supervisory experience in an outpatient facility preferred.
• ARRT Certification (R) or Nuclear Medicine/Sonography required upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology or Imaging program; Bachelor's degree or equivalent imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of imaging department policies and procedures.
• Oversee staffing, training, equipment purchases, and capital acquisitions.
• Collaborate with finance to code and charge radiologic services for accurate reimbursement.
• Ensure safety, radiation protection, infection control, and environmental compliance.
