Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Regional Imaging Services to oversee diagnostic imaging across regional hospital and ambulatory sites. The role plans resources, manages personnel, and ensures safe, compliant operation of imaging departments with regard to radiation safety and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years recent supervisory experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Supervisory experience in outpatient facility preferred.
• Graduate of accredited Radiology or Imaging program.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years relevant Imaging experience.
• ARRT certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees delivery of diagnostic imaging services across regional sites.
• Plans, allocates and administers resources for fiscal, physical and staffing needs.
• Directs and monitors all technical aspects of Imaging; ensures safety and maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, DOH, ACR and safety regulations.
• Oversees recruitment, orientation and evaluation of staff.
• Prepares monthly variance reports and analyzes data for leadership.
• Aims for high patient satisfaction across outpatient services.
