Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services in Taunton, MA seeks a Regional Area Maintenance Manager to oversee multiple local sites, including Taunton and Wilmington. You will lead maintenance teams, manage preventive and corrective work orders, and ensure safety and performance standards across one of the world’s largest distribution centers.

The role requires 3+ years in a leadership position, a 4-year degree or equivalent leadership experience, and experience with conveyors and robotics.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.
• Multi-site experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple locations ensuring each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Be on site daily Monday through Friday; visit each site twice a week and cover day and night shifts; be on call 24/7 for both locations.
• Lead safety, conduct team meetings, and review priorities and safety updates.
• Prioritize and assign work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs, identify issues, and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Analyze maintenance data, generate reports, and communicate findings to management.
