Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. seeks a Western Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and development of Camus hydronic boiler products across a defined territory. You will provide product and sales support to Representatives, Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and end users.

The role targets growth and profitability with 50–75% travel, reporting to the Mississauga office. BA/BS in business or technical degree preferred, with 10+ years in sales and boiler experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales and market development with an Industrial Equipment background.
• Prior sales management experience in Commercial/Industrial boiler products (Highly Preferred).
• Experience working with multiple channels to market (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control, and coordinate the sales of the organization’s products and services to Representative accounts and end-use customers.
• Ensure products are sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to maximize profitability and sales volume.
• Develop, lead and deploy the sales & market strategy for Camus hydronic boiler products.
• Visit customers to understand needs and present product features and benefits.
• Promote growth of products to Consultants, Mechanical Contractors and end users based on specifications.
