Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to develop the Camus hydronic boiler line across a defined US territory, providing product and sales support to Representatives, Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and end users. This senior role requires 10+ years in industrial equipment sales, prior sales management in boiler-related industries, and a proven track record of growth.

Expect 50–75% travel and close collaboration with Marketing, Service and Training teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business discipline.
• BS in mechanical engineering or other technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years in sales and market development in industrial equipment.
• Experience selling through independent rep networks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate sales to representative accounts and end use customers.
• Promote products and profitability while meeting marketing objectives.
• Visit customers to understand needs and present product benefits.
• Lead market strategy with leadership team and drive growth.
