Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead hydro growth across North America. You will identify top hydro utility accounts, develop long-term service agreements, and align regional strategy with IPS engineering, field service, and operations to drive profitable growth.

You will oversee market strategy, expand the customer base, and build a robust project pipeline while fostering teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer experiences across hydro assets and power
