Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in hydro services across the region. You will guide strategic accounts, coordinate with engineering and operations, and drive long-term service agreements while ensuring profitable growth.

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000, with significant travel and a focus on building a strong pipeline, pricing discipline, and exceeding revenue targets.

• Engineering degree or strong technical foundation.
• Experience negotiating multi-year framework agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional hydro growth strategy.
• Identify and prioritize top hydro utility accounts.
• Drive long-term service agreements and multi-year outage planning integration.
• Position IPS as a trusted technical partner within hydro asset management organizations.
• Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain a robust hydro project pipeline.
• Improve forecast accuracy and backlog quality.
• Drive pricing discipline and value-based selling.
• Partner with IPS engineering, field service, and operations teams to develop winning proposals.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify modernization trends.
