Job summary

American Hydro, a leading hydropower solutions provider, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive opportunities and hit order intake targets in the assigned territory. You will develop Key Account Management strategies, understand customer organizations, influencers, and decision processes to win bids.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and collaboration with proposal teams. Expect heavy travel (up to 75%), and a hands-on, Can-do culture that supports renewable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in regional sales, KAM development and bid processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and achieve order intake targets in the assigned region.
• Lead KAM development, CRM management, and forecast reporting.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate bids and contracts.
