Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters near Rapid City, SD. This regional role requires travel within a 60-mile radius and occasional after-hours calls.

You should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to communicate effectively by email and phone. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $38.00 per hour DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install components.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Upgrade or maintain HVAC systems as needed to ensure performance.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including after-hours as needed.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
