Job summary

Pearce Services, LLC in Rapid City, SD is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. The role requires travel within the region and a proactive, self-directed attitude.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems, performing routine checks, and responding to service calls, including after-hours. EPA certification and 3+ years of HVAC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems on telecom shelters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service calls, including emergencies and after-hours when needed.
• Maintain daily work reports and operate company vehicle safely and legally.
