Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters near Sioux City, IA. This regional role requires travel and self-direction, with growth opportunities in the Telecom sector.

Must hold EPA Level 2 certification and have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience. Willingness to travel within 60 miles of Sioux City and occasional after-hours work are expected. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical components including refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems on telecom shelters.
• Perform regular maintenance and system performance checks.
• Complete daily reports accurately and on time.
• Respond to service calls including after-hours or weekend outages.
• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with policy.
