Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires residing in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area, with readiness for after-hours and weekend call outs and extensive daily travel.

Qualified candidates must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification and 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components including refrigeration.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service cooling systems; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or replace components.
Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC equipment.
Handle after-hours service calls and urgent repairs as needed.
Submit timely daily work reports and operate company vehicle safely.
Occasionally travel to remote sites and work independently.
