Job summary

Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. Pearce seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites, with regional travel and relocation opportunities.

Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Pierre, South Dakota. Core duties include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cooling systems, responding to calls

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Pearce Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
