Job summary

Pearce Services in Pierre, SD, is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 60 miles of Pierre, SD, after-hours availability, and the ability to pass a DOT physical.

Compensation ranges from $30-$38 per hour DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and per diem.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service commercial HVAC systems, diagnose and repair components.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks on telecom shelter HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours and emergency requests.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Safely operate a company vehicle per safety policies.
