Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires residing within 60 miles of Northampton, MA, with travel and after-hours availability.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair systems, document work, and comply with safety standards, including occasional overnights. Base pay ranges from $30–$38 per hour, with additional bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health,

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably commercial.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair and install components of HVAC systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and performance checks on equipment.
• Carry out upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency calls.
• Accurately complete daily work reports and documentation.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and within policy.
