Daikin is seeking a senior Technical Services Manager in the United States with extensive HVAC installation, service and commissioning experience. You will lead field investigations, mentor technicians, and coordinate service literature and training materials to improve product reliability.

Responsibilities include supporting distributors, reviewing manuals, attending engineering reviews, and traveling to field locations as approved.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and assist distributors/branch/dealers by phone or email.
• Review service manuals, training materials and technical communications.
• Maintain Product Quality Report (PQR) database and communicate reports.
• Attend and contribute to DFMEA, PFMEA, DQIP meetings and provide input.
• Travel for field investigations with manager approval.
• Provide technical support as the primary contact for distributor service managers.
• Develop training materials for 800 Svc Support Specialist.
• Coordinate product reliability improvements and field issue resolutions.
