Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Manager for the Lawrenceville, GA area. This role supports customers who install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and conducts training for service technicians and dispatch personnel.

You will work with upper management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet departmental goals. Responsibilities include providing dealer/contractor support, proactive field intelligence, and training materials development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training/certification required.
• Minimum 5 years in field service and repair.
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge with job site experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealers/contractors and resolve issues.
• Conduct installation and tech support training sessions for dealers.
• Develop training materials and sessions for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Travel up to 50% to support field operations.
