Daikin Comfort Technologies Dist., Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Technical Service Manager (HVAC) to support COD branch operations and deliver expert technical service.

You will conduct seasonal training and work with dealers, distributors and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfaction, while supporting installation, repair and maintenance across a defined region. You will lead technical training sessions, provide guidance to field technicians, and help drive product reliability

Formación

• Public speaking required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to de-escalate and solve problems.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Remote troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• HVAC certification or two-year HVAC degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reliable, prompt technical support and training to regional customers.
• Offer technical expertise for product reliability investigations.
• Gather Voice of the Customer and monitor for quality issues with site visits.
• Complete field service reports documenting issues and resolutions.
• Evaluate installations using Daikin manuals for validation.
• Support service bulletins and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee warranty unit replacements and labor allowances.
• Train and audit independent trainers and technical managers as needed.
• Lead projects to support ongoing business needs as directed by leadership.
• Conduct technical training sessions for dealers and contractors on installation, startup, commissioning, service, and troubleshooting.
