Daikin Comfort Technologies Dist., Inc. is seeking a Regional Technical Service Manager (HVAC) to support COD branch operations within the San Antonio, TX region.

The role oversees technical support, training, and field service activities for dealers, distributors, and manufacturers' reps, ensuring customer satisfaction and regional goals. The position requires strong communication, training, problem-solving and field oversight with travel across Texas.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and customer-facing communication.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Proficiency with MS Office365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, prompt technical support to customers and support sales growth and training needs in the region.
• Offer technical expertise for product reliability investigations.
• Gather customer feedback to monitor quality issues and support field visits.
• Complete field service reports documenting issues and resolutions.
• Evaluate product installation and operation at customer sites using Daikin manuals for validation.
• Support service bulletins and corrective action implementations.
• Oversee warranty replacements and labor allowances.
• Train and audit distributor trainers and technical managers as needed.
• Lead technical training sessions for dealers and contractors on installation, startup, commissioning, service and troubleshooting.
