Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer service/lead role.
• Must be able to diffuse upset callers and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers via phone and email as escalations occur.
• Respond to correspondence per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and provide training as needed.
• Consult with internal technical experts for material expenditures authorization.
