Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC is seeking a Regional Technical Service Manager for the Florida Regions, with base in Tampa or remote within the region. You will lead a team of Technical Service Managers, providing technical guidance on Daikin HVAC systems and coordinating support for distributors, contractors, and internal partners.

This role requires strong supervisory skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to train staff, improve processes, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED-equivalent.
• 8+ years of technical services experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage service technician team and coordinate training and improvements with other divisions.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and improve efficiency; provide training and execution.
• Manage workload and performance of RTMs.
• Collaborate with RM/ROM to identify and resolve issues.
• Allocate resources for customer issues, conduct field visits, address questions and provide dealer training.
• Contribute to training material development.
• Maintain high-quality, cost-efficient service operations.
