SPX Technologies, Inc. is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow an assigned U.S. territory for engineered HVAC and building automation solutions. You will lead regional sales strategy, develop new markets and build long-term relationships with distributors, engineers and customers.

The role focuses on humidification and OEM opportunities, with collaboration across Neptronic and SPX teams to translate technical applications into commercial success and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow territories in technical or commercial settings.
• Effective communication with engineers, channel partners and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy for Neptronic and SPX Technologies.
• Grow humidification sales across commercial, institutional, industrial HVAC segments and OEM partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management and Marketing.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and deliver forecasts and market insights.
• Travel regularly within the USA territory to support customers and distributors.
