Job summary

SPX Technologies, Neptronic business, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a U.S. territory by developing new markets and long-term relationships for engineered HVAC solutions.

You will lead regional strategy, focus on humidification and OEM business, collaborate with Neptronic and SPX teams to translate applications into commercial success and drive sustainable growth. Regular travel within the territory and periodic visits to Montreal HQ are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to grow markets or territories in technical/commercial settings.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, channel partners and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy aligned with Neptronic and SPX objectives.
• Grow humidification sales across HVAC applications and OEM partnerships.
• Manage opportunities from specification to long-term account growth.
