SPX Technologies, with Neptronic as a business unit, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow an assigned U.S. territory.

You will develop new markets, build long-term relationships, and drive sales for engineered HVAC and building automation solutions, focusing on humidification and OEM opportunities. You will lead regional strategy, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and advance cross‑portfolio opportunities while traveling across the USA to meet customers and participate in

• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and grow markets or territories.
• Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with engineers and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with Neptronic and SPX commercial objectives.
• Grow humidification sales across commercial, institutional, industrial and other HVAC applications.
• Identify OEM partnerships and integration of Neptronic tech into customer products and systems.
• Expand opportunities for Electric Duct Heaters, CMUs, controls, actuators and actuated valves.
• Manage opportunities from specification to quotation and long-term account growth.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations and product demonstrations.
