Job summary

RenewAire is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a Southeast US-based regional sales team from a remote home office. The role drives growth through manufacturers’ reps, distributors, and HVAC partners across residential and commercial markets.

You will shape sales plans, coach reps, and align initiatives with product development and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in technical sales, strong knowledge of sales management, and willingness to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years related experience in technical sales.
• Must have knowledge of sales management practices and techniques.
• Prior experience in the application of enthalpic wheel and/or enthalpic plate energy recovery ventilators is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software skills.
• Approximately 50% travel (overnight) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual regional sales plans and achieve sales targets.
• Drive corporate sales initiatives and manage regional performance.
• Monitor and report on sales trends, competition, and improvement areas.
• Manage Manufacturer’s Reps and Wholesalers, including recruiting, training, and performance reviews.
• Set Rep Firms’ performance goals and provide coaching, training, and other methods of support.
• Reassign territory coverage and deliver training as needed to achieve performance goals.
• Support major account growth and channel partner development.
• Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements and project execution.
