Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint. Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable building operation for associates and customers.

You will travel within the region, maintain licenses, coordinate with managers and contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong service and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years general facilities services/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Customer service orientation and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Travel region≈50% to oversee maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain and ensure up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
• Monitor compliance with applicable mechanical/building codes and inspections.
• Report on operations metrics and improvements.
