Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for stores within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable operations while supporting associates and customers.

The role requires travel across the region, a strong background in electrical/plumbing/mechanical systems, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Cause and breakdown analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region 50% or more and maintain mechanical licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with authorities.
• Assist in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements and inspections.
