Qualifications

Licensed HVAC/Facilities Manager with regional maintenance experience.
3–5 years in general facilities services or building maintenance.
Experience leading teams of technicians and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

Travel region ~50% or more to oversee sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address needs.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage performance.
Prepare reports and analytics on facilities operations.
Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and schedule inspections.
