Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently and sustainably for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• General facilities services and building maintenance experience (3-5 years).
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership and people development skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within region and maintain contractor licenses in state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training and site inspections for compliance.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
