Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable building operation for associates and customers.

Travel about 50% within the region, maintain contractor licenses, and work with store leadership and vendors to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel region ~50% with supervision of maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facilities Leadership on needs.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors as required.
• Maintain licenses and permits for compliance.
• Report and analyze maintenance data and KPIs.
