Job summary

Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring facilities run efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Travel is expected within the region, and you will maintain mechanical contractor licenses while collaborating with store managers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general facilities/services experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within the region while maintaining state licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Submit reports and analytics.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date and in good standing.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and inspections.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as required by codes.
