Qualifications

• 3–5 years general facilities/services/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; problem solving and customer service mindset.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians across a regional area.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of facilities.
• Maintain contractor licenses and permit schedules.
• Collaborate with store managers, facility leadership, vendors and contractors.
• Perform reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
