Job summary

Walmart seeks an experienced Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a team of technicians across a regional area. The role ensures preventive and predictive maintenance of facilities, focusing on safety, efficiency, and a high standard of upkeep for associates and customers.

The position includes a 50%+ travel expectation, regulatory license maintenance, and collaboration with store managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of approximately 50% or more and maintain contractor licenses
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities performance
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance with codes
