Qualifications

• Travel 50%+ within the region to oversee facility services needs
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and manage inspections
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility performance
