Qualifications

• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead CSRs and assist Branch Manager with training and reporting.
• Ensure workflow delegation to CSRs is achieved and maintain service standards.
• Provide feedback and motivation to staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis for department activities; participate in improvement projects.
• Assist in filling open positions, review resumes, and interview candidates.
