Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries company, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager at our Eagan, MN branch to lead regional sales performance and build relationships with existing customers while pursuing new opportunities to grow market share in the Commercial HVAC segment.

The role involves designing sales strategies for RTU, Ductless, and VRV products; managing accounts; coordinating with Marketing; and developing training events and product launches to support growth.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience in the light commercial sector is required.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional accounts and grow market share by pursuing new opportunities.
• Design and implement sales strategies for RTU, Ductless, and VRV product lines.
• Coordinate with Marketing on specs, pricing, and product availability.
• Develop training events, tradeshows, and product launches.
