Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in finance, project management, or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in EPC/high-voltage environments.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, substations, and transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue and close new business, drive sales, and meet quotas.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and act as trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for target clients.
• Maintain accurate account activity and provide forecasts.
• Conduct 3-5 meetings with customers daily and drive follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure clear scope of work and pricing.
