Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for Operations Leaders across Georgia, North Carolina, and Louisiana. This role drives talent management, workforce planning, and leadership coaching while executing key HR programs and maintaining compliance with employment laws.

The ideal candidate will partner with EHS and HR CoE, support a dispersed workforce of technicians and installers, coach leaders, and address employee relations issues to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region up to 25%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned service and installation operations of Hussmann.
• Partner with regional and district leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide workforce planning support, including talent forecasting, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities and risks affecting business performance.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coach leaders on employee development and career progression; facilitate succession planning.
• Support and execute HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits communication, and talent initiatives.
