Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record of coaching to drive strategic business impact.
• 4 year degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Broad HR competencies including organizational design, performance management, leadership development, talent practices, employment practices, and total rewards.
• Demonstrated consulting and coaching skills linking people strategies to business goals.
• Knowledge of employment law and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic coach and trusted advisor to regional and store leadership, guiding organizational planning and talent decisions.
• Coach leaders to strengthen capability, communication, and performance practices.
• Partner with Organizational Effectiveness to align business strategies with people solutions.
• Assess performance, identify gaps, and deliver HR interventions to strengthen leadership and engagement.
• Lead change management strategies for business evolution and sustainable results.
• Design and execute a holistic talent management lifecycle using analytics where available.
• Build partnerships with HR functional teams to deliver enterprise-aligned HR solutions.
• Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and strong employee relations.
• Assist divisions in organizational design to create speed and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration and scale best practices across regions and functions.
• Integrate HR partners into customer strategies and projects for effective contributions.
• Support implementation of company HR programs, procedures, policy, and practice.
