Job summary

Red, White, and Blue Thrift in New Jersey is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to advise regional leadership, build bench strength, and drive recruiting across multiple markets with substantial store-based travel. You will coach leaders, align Talent initiatives, and ensure compliant, consistent HR practices.

The role requires 5+ years in HR (HRBP/Manager), a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong HR knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 75% within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing leaders at the field or store management level.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law, with ability to apply to business situations.
• Ability to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the region's HR expert, owning employee relations, driving compliance, and ensuring stores operate within federal, state, and local laws.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute recruiting strategies and ensure consistent hiring practices across stores.
• Provide guidance on talent development, succession planning, and performance/compensation cycles.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and respond to HR inquiries from the field.
• Support open enrollment and annual HR processes across the region.
