Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking a Regional HR Director to lead HR strategy and execution for stores across the Pacific West region. This field-based role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), partnering with senior leadership to staff, retain, develop, and protect our people in a fast-growing multi-state footprint.

You will be in stores and in the room where decisions get made, shaping policies, investigations, and performance management with speed and fairness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.
• Thorough, current knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
• Strong ability to turn HRIS and talent data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic HR voice in the room with senior leadership and store operators.
• Build the playbook and roll out scalable policies, training, initiatives, and surveys.
• Own hard conversations: investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Shape staffing by identifying needs early and building best-in-class recruitment and talent practices.
• Turn data into decisions using HRIS and analytics for leadership.
• Keep us compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws across ten states.
• Be a culture builder and own associate satisfaction and engagement.
• Build trust across all levels from frontline to senior leadership.
