Redwood Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior HRBP to partner with senior leaders and drive organizational effectiveness. This role operates with autonomy and strategic insight to address complex people challenges while aligning workforce initiatives with business goals.

Based in a hybrid environment, the Senior HRBP will guide leaders on talent strategies, succession planning, and performance management, shaping scalable people practices during growth and transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR with 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Advanced HR expertise in workforce, organizational design, and performance.
• Strong communication, judgment, and credible advising to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, talent, and performance matters, applying advanced judgment and strategic insight.
• Translate business needs into HR solutions that are creative, practical, and scalable in a dynamic environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters, guiding leaders through sensitive issues with sound judgment and risk awareness.
• Apply deep knowledge of employment practices, policies, and laws to resolve issues proactively and effectively.
• Influence outcomes through persuasion and credibility, balancing employee experience with business needs.
• Advise leaders on talent strategies, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and performance management.
• Coach leaders on navigating complex people situations and developing high-performing, engaged teams.
• Guide managers in applying HR principles consistently while adapting approaches to unique business contexts.
• Understand and leverage relationships between different disciplines to deliver integrated, business-aligned HR solutions.
• Represent HR perspectives effectively in cross-functional and senior-level discussions.
