Redwood Family Care Network is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the strategic HR partner for assigned regional operations leaders in California.

You will align business priorities with HR strategies to strengthen leadership, boost engagement, and improve workforce performance across the employee lifecycle. Collaboration with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and direct partnership with operational leaders.
• Experience in healthcare, human services, or other regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner and strategic advisor to regional operations leaders and their leadership teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance, attendance, conduct, and corrective actions.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations and recommend actions consistent with policy, values, and legal requirements.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen accountability, communication, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
• Lead regional talent assessments and succession planning; identify high-potential employees and development priorities.
• Support Hi-Potential Development Programs and leadership development initiatives.
