Patterson-UTI is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as the primary contact for general HR issues and provide support to regional employees and operations leadership in a defined area. This role requires a strong HR generalist background and the ability to build relationships with employees, HR professionals, and stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will help identify, develop and retain talent to boost team performance, while aligning with HR strategies and company objectives.

Competenze

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in employee investigations and employee relations.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.

Mansioni

• Manage employee relations issues and build strong relationships with management and staff.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, development, disciplinary actions).
• Investigate complex employee relations issues and advise on disciplinary actions.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and compliance; partner with legal as needed.
• Provide HR policy guidance and drive improvements to policies and processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze data, trends and metrics with HR teams.
• Guide workforce and succession planning and other business initiatives.
• Assist in transfers, promotions, and demotions.
• Collaborate with L&D to identify and deliver training needs.
• Serve on audit teams with area management for rig audits.
